**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Medical Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional medical services to individuals from post-hospitalization to home in various settings.
As a Regional Medical Director, you will be responsible for devising and executing state-level strategies for business development and delivery of the Abode Care Partner model of care across health settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth
- Building relationships with frontline staff, regional and executive-level leaders of client institutions
- Collaborating with the CMO to develop and implement value-based strategies
- Providing high-quality clinical care to residents and patients across settings
- Maintaining high engagement with facility leadership teams, nurse practitioners/physician assistants, patients, and families
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
