Job Details- Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break
- Average number of patients per day: 20-25
- Patient demographics: Adult and Geriatric Outpatient
- Total number of physicians in practice: 5
- Number of exam rooms: 3
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
- Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
- South Carolina Medical License (highly preferred)
- BLS Certification
- Local residence (highly preferred)
