Position Details:
- Department: Rehabilitation
- Work Schedule: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Bi-Weekly Hours: 72
Qualifications:
- Required: Associates degree from an accredited Nursing program
- Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification
- Preferred: ACLS Certification, Bachelor's in Nursing
Role Summary:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care by applying the nursing process effectively. This role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to uphold professional nursing standards and ensure patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients.
- Plan and implement nursing care tailored to individual patient and family needs.
- Make appropriate interventions based on patient assessments.
- Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
- Maintain accountability for the quality of patient care and professional development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $48.00 per hour
