About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure that crew members are meeting McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor performance during shifts and take action to ensure that the team is meeting targets.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition and prepare for the next shift.
  • Manage inventory, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive a positive experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop crew members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
