Home Health Float Nurse (RN) - Premium Rates

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float nursing pool in the Philadelphia region and surrounding areas.

This is a unique opportunity to build a flexible schedule that works for you, with the flexibility to work 10-12 shifts per month doing home health visits with patients in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties.

As a Regional Float Nurse with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will:

  • Perform 5-6 visits per day throughout the region, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient.
  • Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
  • Travel throughout the region based on our census.
  • Deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
  • Commit to 10-12 shifts per month.

We offer a premium rate differential plus mileage reimbursement, making this a highly competitive opportunity for skilled home health nurses.
