Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive solutions to ensure a thorough understanding of business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, proposing actionable solutions and enhancements.
  • Take ownership of creating user stories, estimating scope, and executing development of assigned stories.
  • Work closely with business analysts to identify and address discrepancies or gaps in project requirements.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of business domains, software solutions, and integrations to ensure proficient diagnosis and resolution of user issues.
  • Manage and update support ticket status to comply with Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
Requirements
  • 2 CMDB/Discovery Engineering resources with CSA Certification and 4-6 years of ServiceNow platform experience.
  • 2 Operational/ITAM resources to augment CMDB/Discovery Engineering resources with 3-5 years of ServiceNow platform experience.
  • 1 HAM Engineer with 4-6 years of ServiceNow platform experience and expertise in HAM Pro module.
  • Heavy emphasis on Developer side with experience in JavaScript, ServiceNow development/design, Flow designer, Business rules, Script includes, GlideRecord, and AJAX.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience with building ATF tests, understanding of Hardware Asset Management processes, and knowledge of CMDB process.
  • Understanding of Procurement processes and how they create/update assets.
  • HTML/Widgets, ServiceNow CSDM Knowledge, and Integrations (PIM work, CDW, FedEx, UPS integrations).
  • Agile Scrum and/or Kanban.
