Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hospice Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, promoting independence, and supporting the overall well-being of our patients in their homes or other community settings.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and understanding of the needs of terminally ill patients and their families
  • A current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and six months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
