We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our warehouse operations, driving strategic growth and success. As Vice President of Warehouse Operations, you will play a crucial role in setting and executing ingredient handling strategies and warehouse development.

This role is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for handling all ingredients and indirect goods required by the business. You will own and manage raw material inventory across all warehouse and production sites, ensuring the consistent availability of ingredients and materials to support seamless production and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standardized processes for scanning, tracking, storing, and handling raw materials across all locations, ensuring quality control, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that warehouse operations, ingredient storage, and receiving processes align with culinary requirements and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Culinary Operations team to identify new ingredient needs and test new suppliers for quality control.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to ensure business continuity, including contingency planning.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that purchased products and materials meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management.
  • Bachelor's degree or about to graduate in Business, Supply Chain, or other related field.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Robust IMS/WMS implementation and usage experience.
  • Experience at a high growth or high volume food supplier.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
