Super Soccer Stars is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.
About the Position
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes physical activity, teamwork, and social skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of children aged 3-12
- Lead groups of children in soccer-related activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all
- Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success and reaches their full potential
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate their successes
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working with children in a sports or educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends
- Reliable transportation to travel to different locations within the city
