Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality speech therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field

Unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist

Current CPR certification

Feeding Difficulties (OT and ST Only)

Conditions associated with prematurity
