Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes in our rural communities. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering clinical services, managing disease states, and leading our team to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Champion Thrifty White programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Lead by example, coaching and mentoring team members to maintain high standards in patient service.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and systems for prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for long-term care and specialty business growth.
  • Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide clinical pharmacy services.
Requirements
  • A pharmacy license or the ability to obtain one without federal sanctions.
  • A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
  • Current Immunization Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • NPI Number.
