The Dishroom Assistant plays a critical role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment at Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom. In this position, you will be responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, and pans, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen utensils and equipment.

You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and ready for service. This includes changing dish machine chemicals, water, and three compartment sink, as well as monitoring equipment to ensure proper functioning.

We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $16-$19 per hour, depending on experience.
