About the Role:

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a highly skilled Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Analyst to join its Manufacturing Security team. As an OT Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a critical role in implementing the company's manufacturing cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the security and integrity of industrial control systems across various manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures tailored to OT environments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, such as NERC CIP, IEC 62443, and others.
  • Identify and evaluate risks associated with OT systems, including potential vulnerabilities in hardware, software, and network configurations.
  • Provide technical and design recommendations to harden OT assets and networks.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams, engineering, and operations personnel to ensure cohesive cybersecurity practices across both IT and OT environments.
  • Educate employees and stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices specific to OT environments.
  • Aid in enhancing the visibility of the threat landscape through the use of network monitoring tools.

Requirements:

  • A 4-year undergraduate degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, Information Assurance, Cyber Security, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, preferably with knowledge of OT in manufacturing environments.
  • Preferred certifications include GISCP, CISSP, CISA, and/or CISM.
  • Solid grounding in industrial control systems and/or manufacturing engineering with a focus on PLC and HMI systems.
  • Proficiency with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and IEC 62443.
  • Knowledge of VMware infrastructure architecture, network device configurations, cloud services, thin client configuration, PLC programming, SCADA and HMI programming experience, and Intrusion Detection Systems such as Claroty or Microsoft Defender for IoT.
  • Curiosity and capability to rapidly learn and adapt in advanced settings.
  • Comprehensive understanding of a broad range of IT and cybersecurity processes and general controls.
  • Flexibility in schedule and openness to up to 25% travel, with potential for extended international stays.
  • Autonomous work ethic with astute analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong learning aptitude, professional skepticism, and good judgment to thoroughly grasp business processes.
  • Effective communication skills for clear articulation of security risks and findings across the company's manufacturing landscape.
