Job Title: FFT Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FFT Therapist to join our team. As a FFT Therapist, you will provide evidence-based intervention for youth and their families, using a strength-focused family counseling model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for at-risk youth and their families.
  • Engage primary caregivers and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment.
  • Implement problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, and outcome review procedures.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts.
  • Collaborate with relevant systems and key participants to ensure their buy-in and cooperation throughout treatment.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited university in a field with professional licensure.
  • Clinical experience and experience with evidence-based models preferred.
  • Good written and oral communication skills; computer literate.
  • Experience in child welfare field strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred, with proficiency in Spanish, French/Creole.
