DepartmentAccounting & Finance
Responsibilities- Review, verify, and code incoming vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve problem invoices, maintaining vendor files, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely payment.
- Schedule and prepare payments, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation, issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
- Receive and verify expense reports, manage credit card transactions, ensuring proper documentation and expense allocation.
- Assist with month-end closing, including account reconciliations, provide documentation for audits, and prepare and distribute periodic spending reports.
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- High School diploma, some college preferred.
- 1-2 years of AP experience.
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry using an ERP.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience tracking budget expenses.
- Proficient in M.S. Excel.
