We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Sales Finance team at WK Kellogg Co. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a critical role in providing financial support and analysis to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage trade and customer investment to optimize ROI for the sales division
  • Partner with sales leads and planning teams to provide financial support and build business cases for investments
  • Interact with internal teams, including ITC and deductions teams
  • Lead the month-end and quarter-end close process, ensuring accurate accounting under GAAP
  • Assist with monthly forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Manage overhead spend for the sales channel
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports
  • Analyze past performance, results, and competitor data to inform business decisions
  • Perform ad-hoc requests and drive process improvements
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or a related field
  • Preferred experience in the CPG industry, with a focus on commercial organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of financial models and trade analysis
