Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the PACU setting, utilizing the nursing process and clinical standards.
  • Delegate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team as needed.
  • Participate in professional development and accountability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Perform preceptor and charge nurse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required.
  • RN (Registered Nurse) license is required.
  • ACLS Certification is required.
  • Nurse Specialty certification is preferred.
  • Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required.
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • 1 year of RN experience in acute care or 6 months RN experience in acute care with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment is required.
