Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $52,000 - $62,000 per year, based on national averages. This amount may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
  • Assist providers with procedures, setting up patient rooms, and ensuring the rooms are ready for the customers
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
  • Two or more years of experience as a medical assistant or similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
