Folder Gluer Operator

Your Opportunity:

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Fridley. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating folder/gluer equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining equipment to optimize performance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate folder/gluer equipment, such as Moll and Bobst, in accordance with job specifications and company quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal output and extend equipment lifespan.
• Inspect forms throughout production runs for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize jobs, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements and protocols for equipment operation.

Requirements:

• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to precise tolerances.
• High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good reading comprehension and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products, including print materials.
• Frequently required to move within the facility.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 25+ pounds.
