Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in the Acute Hospital setting, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and dietitians, to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment options and self-care techniques
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in dialysis nursing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary/ Wage Range

$67.00 / hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
