Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

CrossMed Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a travel nursing opportunity in Hailey, Idaho.

Job Summary:

This travel nursing position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic Labor and Delivery unit, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a talented healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, reporting outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications as ordered, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, responding to patient needs within 30 minutes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Transport patients as needed, ensuring safe and efficient transfers.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members.
