The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing Center at Guilderland is seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to lead our evening shift team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary staff, you will be responsible for promoting and restoring patients' health, directing staff, and collaborating with physicians to provide exceptional care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage a team of RNs to ensure high-quality patient care
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
* Provide physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends
* Foster a positive and supportive team environment

**Requirements:**

* Current NYS RN licensure
* Experience in long-term care or medical/surgical preferred
* Experience in a supervisory capacity preferred
