St. Luke's Health System is seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to work as an Ultrasound Technologist in our medical imaging department. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, maintaining equipment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound examinations on patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification in one of the following areas: Abdomen, Breast, OBGYN.
  • Current certification in Nuchal Translucency (NT) from the Fetal Medicine Foundation (for Obstetrics and Gynecology, The Woman's Clinic, and Maternal Fetal Medicine departments).
