Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated chemist to support our core chemistry platform. This role involves the functional characterization of custom organic additives utilized in electroplating processes. The successful candidate will conduct electrochemical testing and optimize electrodeposition of plating bath formulations developed by our R&D team. Additionally, you will perform design of experiment (DOE) testing and analyze results using Minitab. We require an organized individual who can manage processes, maintain detailed documentation, and effectively communicate key outputs.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot processes for new and existing products.
2. Characterize newly synthesized plating additives both electrochemically and functionally.
3. Execute metal electrodeposition and conduct basic surface metrology on various metals.
4. Collaborate closely with R&D teams to establish product boundary conditions and provide insights to the product development team.
5. Adhere to internal ISO processes for new product development.


Candidate Profile:
A minimum of an Associate's degree, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
0-3 years of laboratory experience.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain internal and external business relationships.
