Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team at Miners Colfax Medical Center. As a Travel Nurse in our Labor and Delivery department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery department, including labor, delivery, postpartum, and mom/baby/nursery care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
  • ACLS, NRP, BLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule
  • 7 on 7 off rotation.
  • Every other weekend required.
  • No call required.

  • Government-issued photo ID.
  • Drivers License/Government Issued Photo ID Required.
  • Proof of E-Verify or attestation.
