We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Technician to join our warranty services team at Hayden Homes.

As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality completion of homes and readiness for New Home Orientations, responding to customer warranty requests, and managing subcontractors.

**Key Performance Indicators**

  • Quality completion of homes on time, on budget, and to our quality standards
  • Timely response to customer warranty requests
  • Effective management of subcontractors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of construction-related experience and prior customer service experience or warranty experience.
