Sunglass Hut Retail Partner Opportunity

Sunglass Hut, a global leader in premium sunglasses, is seeking dynamic Sales Associates to join our retail partner team at Bass Pro Shops. As a Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, cultivating new and existing customer relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Provide personalized and unique shopping experiences, resulting in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
  • Maintain store appearance, securing company assets and ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Embody an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and change with accuracy.
  • Self-accountability for sales results through effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
