• Welcome and manage guest check-in and check-out processes
• Support salon technicians with professional guest interactions and retention strategies
• Assist with retail recommendations and purchases, providing personalized service to our guests
• Perform Rituals of Renewal, enhancing the overall guest experience
• Reserve and confirm guest appointments, ensuring seamless scheduling
