About the Role:

This position focuses on business development in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon award. You will be responsible for identifying threats such as counter-terrorism, sabotage, espionage, violent extremist organizations, and foreign intelligence entities. This will be done in collaboration with fellow analysts, planners, collection managers, and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate available intelligence data.
  • Submit collection requirements to address current intelligence gaps.
  • Identify potential leads and relay information to agents and collectors.
  • Support operational inputs and deconfliction efforts.
  • Facilitate information exchanges and intelligence sharing.
  • Contribute to partner nation capacity building initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience Level: A Journeyman level candidate should possess 3 to 10 years of relevant experience and hold a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. This role typically requires independent performance of all functional duties.

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI

Physical Requirements: The position necessitates extensive use of computing systems, including PCs or laptops. Candidates should be prepared for prolonged periods of sitting or standing, typing, and reading from a computer screen. Mobility is essential, including bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to complete daily tasks efficiently. The role may involve climbing and working in confined spaces, as well as lifting and transporting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment: Generally, this role is office-based, potentially within a cubicle setting, which may involve close quarters and varying noise levels. Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and management across all levels.

Attendance: Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Punctuality and consistent attendance are crucial for meeting deadlines and attending meetings. Flexibility in work hours may be required based on mission-critical needs.

Essential Functions: Professional behavior is expected at all times when interacting with customers, management, and colleagues. Clear and concise communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. Appropriate grooming and attire are required for the position, ensuring no safety risks to employees or others.

Independent transportation to the office or work site is necessary, and travel to customer locations may be required to support projects.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual pay will be determined by work location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
