We're seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Educator to join our Hales Corners KinderCare team. As a dedicated professional, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young learners and creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement our research-backed curriculum to cater to the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, engaging atmosphere where children can explore and learn.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, collaborating to provide exceptional care and education.
  • Support our center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals.
  • Cultivate positive connections with families, teachers, and community contacts.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
