Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Manager Registered Nurse (NM RN) to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Chapel Hill, NC. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction and oversight to nursing staff
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- At least one year of recent experience as a Nurse Manager Registered Nurse within the last 18 months
- Active Registered Nurse License or Certification required
- Current BLS Certification required
