Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Direct and manage on-site construction operations, ensuring timely completion, adherence to project scope, and compliance with quality benchmarks.
  • Safety Management: Implement safety measures, rectify safety infractions, and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and synchronize the activities of various teams and subcontractors to promote efficient work practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction activities meet or surpass industry standards and project specifications.
  • Budget Oversight: Track and manage project expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints while upholding quality standards.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain precise records including time logs and daily reports, and assist with financial documentation.

Essential Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of full-time experience in a supervisory role within commercial construction.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport loads as required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts and agreements.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
