**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in providing online speech and language therapy services to students in Minnesota schools.

**Salary Range:** $40-$50 per hour, with guaranteed weekly hours.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop customized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide direct therapy services, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to enhance students' communication support.
  • Conduct assessments, maintain comprehensive records, and engage in team meetings for effective planning.
  • Advocate for students, stay current with the latest research, and engage in professional development activities.

**Required Qualifications:*

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field.
  • Current Minnesota Teaching Certification.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification.
  • Fast and reliable computer and internet connection (no Chromebooks/tablets permitted).
