We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting patient observations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient education and support to promote self-management and independence.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
