About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Person and Preparation Chef to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store room, deliveries, and kitchen preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt and storage of morning deliveries, including invoices and stock rotation.
  • Work closely with Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to update stock availability and ordering requirements.
  • Ensure the walk-in fridge, freezers, and dry store areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Support with breakfast and brunch service, including preparation and presentation of food.
  • Complete deep cleaning jobs and administrative tasks, including Back of House bookkeeping and temperature checks.
