About the RoleAs a Mid-Level Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing routine inspections and maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians to deliver high-quality repairs and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex technical issues using a mechanical aptitude and diagnostic tools
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are safe and roadworthy
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols
- Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing industry standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ASE Certification
- Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
