Job Title: Registered Nurse RN NICU Neonatal Intensive Care

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Neonatal Intensive Care NICU team in Rowlett, Texas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Level III NICU. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU and be able to work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current and valid nursing license.
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in NICU.
