- Clear litter and waste from the exterior of the building and communal spaces.
- Assist in procuring necessary supplies for ongoing maintenance.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in a porter or maintenance role for 6 to 12 months is preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
