As a Server at Great Wolf Lodge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presenting menus to patrons and making recommendations on food and beverage options
  • Transmitting orders to the bar and kitchen by accurately recording patrons' choices and identifying special dietary needs and requests
  • Keeping kitchen staff informed of meal progression and ensuring timely delivery of orders
  • Serving orders to patrons in a friendly and efficient manner
