Salary and Benefits

We are offering a competitive salary up to $90,000 per year, as well as a sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 and relocation assistance of $7,500. This position is eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Cardiac Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our 43-bed med/surg intermediate unit. You will work closely with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Your expertise in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, cardiac drips, and congestive heart failure patients will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish authentic personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support system
  • Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the patient in navigating their health journey
  • Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with policies and procedures

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing. An Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. You must also have a current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required. One-year relevant experience is preferred.
