Key Responsibilities- Lead the installation, testing, and maintenance of security systems, including video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and configure security systems that meet customer needs.
- Perform site surveys to identify customer requirements and develop installation plans.
- Install, configure, and test security systems, including cameras, access control panels, and intrusion detection systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair security systems, including identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Provide training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of security systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to security systems installation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in security systems technology.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in security systems installation and maintenance.
- Proven track record of leading installation teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of security systems technology, including video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds and work at heights.
- Panduit and Corning certifications.
- Experience with Avigilon and Honeywell security systems.
- Boom and/or scissor lift certifications.
- Cable certification experience.
- Audio visual installation experience.
- Security/Access Control installation experience.
