Dynamic Pediatric Nurse Professional

About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality patient care by executing established policies and procedures with precision and compassion.
- Oversee and monitor health suites, including medication administration, emergency assessment, and routine medical care, promoting a safe environment for patients and staff alike.
- Orient and train new staff members, providing comprehensive health education to youth and supporting healthcare providers in their growth and development.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process enhancement and contributing to facility-wide committees to drive positive change.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- Implement infection control measures and dispose of contaminated waste properly, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
- Assume on-call responsibilities and complete mandatory training as required, demonstrating commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma, Associates, or Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Possess an active Registered Nurse license without disciplinary infractions by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
- Demonstrate a minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric settings, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
