Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders who will contribute to creating a uniquely exceptional beverage and bar service experience. Regardless of the outlet or event, you will play a crucial role in delivering memorable guest experiences.

Bartenders will be stationed in various areas, including:

The Waterfront Restaurant: Known for its relaxed atmosphere, this venue is perfect for unwinding, whether on the patio or indoors, serving lunch and dinner in a family-friendly environment.

Bar West: An upscale piano bar offering handcrafted signature cocktails and small plates in a casual yet elegant lounge setting.

Banquet Events: These events range from casual cocktail hours on the patio to formal celebrations in our Ballroom, tailored to the specific requests of each group.

Bartenders are responsible for delivering exceptional bar service experiences throughout our resort. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Possessing knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ensuring proper setup of the bar daily or per event requirements.
• Maintaining stock and preparing fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
• Mixing, garnishing, and presenting drinks according to standard recipes while practicing portion control.
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment and working efficiently under pressure.
• Accurately managing product and inventory counts, confirming special requests and orders.
• Collaborating with other restaurant, bar, and event staff.
• Delivering timely and accurate product service and bill presentation.
• Securing all beverages, food, and equipment at the end of the shift.
• Exhibiting excellent communication skills.
• Being able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Work Environment

The work environment features controlled indoor temperatures, with potential exposure to high temperatures and humidity during outdoor service. Noise levels may vary based on the outlet's capacity and entertainment schedule. Employees will be standing and walking on hard surface flooring, with the possibility of wet floors, grass, pool decks, and carpets—non-slip shoes are essential.
