We are seeking a Teletherapy Specialist to join our team at FCS, Inc. in providing outpatient teletherapy services to adolescent clients and their families.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus productivity-based incentives. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, generous PTO package, and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions to adolescents using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.

Requirements:

  • A valid LMFT license in the state of practice.
  • Experience working with adolescents and their families in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and teletherapy platforms.
