Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Filter oil fryers daily to maintain equipment efficiency and cleanliness
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of hygiene and organization
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Take out and empty trash compactors to maintain a clean and odor-free environment
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
