Crosswinds Aviation, a recognized FAA Part 61 & 141 flight training institution, is in search of a skilled full-time, 2nd shift Aircraft Maintenance Technician.

We seek a proactive and dedicated individual who will be responsible for executing both immediate and scheduled maintenance tasks on our diverse fleet of aircraft across multiple locations.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in establishing a comprehensive maintenance department, collaborating with a team of mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct line maintenance (both on-call and scheduled) on training aircraft.
Inspect, service, repair, and return aircraft to service in compliance with all relevant airworthiness standards.
Consult various FAA and manufacturer manuals, publications, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.
Procure necessary parts as required.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve airframe and engine-related issues.
Accurately complete all necessary documentation in accordance with Crosswinds and FAA regulations.
Guide and mentor mechanics of varying experience levels.
Perform daily scheduled and on-call maintenance as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:
A&P certification
Valid Driver's license
Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience
Willingness to work during holidays, weekends, and nights.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of eligibility.

Desirable Qualifications:
Possession of a valid Inspection Authority (IA).
Experience with Diamond and Cessna Aircraft.
Experience as a Maintenance Lead or Crew Chief.
