Lead Advanced Medical Device Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Engineer to join our team in Logan, UT. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing cutting-edge med tech solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving product innovation.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience in design development. Key responsibilities include:
- Technical Expertise: Perform moderate to advanced product development tasks, generate novel engineering solutions, conduct market research, produce robust models, and apply manufacturing process knowledge.
- Leadership: Participate in project management, provide technical direction, and lead design transfer activities.
- Communication: Lead effective communication efforts with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, timing, and budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage manufacturing process knowledge in engineering designs.
- Proficient in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects from planning to completion.
The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. OsteoCentric Technologies Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and holidays.
