Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Sutton Bank. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of our internal controls and processes related to new and existing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Senior Account Managers and Programs to receive and track the implementation of QA/QC reporting for consumer programs.
  • Review policies and procedures to ensure alignment with providing QA/QC reporting documentation and revise as needed.
  • Manage and track the implementation review for reporting documents and coordinate with Payments Services & Operations on the priority list and implementation tracker.
  • Receive and process complaints reporting from payments programs.
  • Work with Senior Account Managers and Programs on initial revisions to policies and procedures during implementation.
  • Monitor and provide analytics and reporting on the performance of program adherence to reporting SLAs.
  • Perform validation on samples in the population, gathering supporting documentation from programs for reported incidents and doing transactional testing to ensure accuracy.
  • Archive all 1st line Risk Management data received from programs in accordance with regulatory data retention requirements.
  • Create reporting on process timeliness, deliverables, accuracy, etc.
  • Report timeliness of deliverables from programs and notify Senior Account Managers of deficiencies.
  • Draft process flow and policy/procedure documents for intake and archive process.
