Master Plumber

Degree Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled Master Plumber to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Complete thorough plumbing inspections
• Provide top-notch repair and maintenance services
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
• Think critically and develop solutions to complex plumbing problems

Requirements:

• 5+ years of field experience in plumbing
• Valid CT state plumbing license
• Active Driver's License
• Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software
• Leadership potential and ability to manage a team

Working Conditions:

• Must prioritize safety and adhere to OSHA requirements
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk
• Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and navigate small crawl spaces
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs required
• Work environment may vary depending on season and scope of work
