Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects, identifying customer and operational needs, and developing and communicating business plans and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Planning and Execution: Develop and implement business plans and projects to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Customer and Operational Needs: Identify and address customer and operational needs to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of managers and associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and identify and mitigate risks to the business.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Logistics, or Operations Management.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a senior management role, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers and associates.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and improve operational efficiency.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $89,500 - $192,500 per year, depending on experience.
